Bio: Lori Diver is a life coach, small business owner, herbalist, aromatherapist, naturalist, mom, partner, and poet. Beyond all of these labels, she is someone who has fallen and failed and each time has emerged from the rubble with new understanding, insights, and courage. Possibly, because of this, Lori Diver has been on a lifetime quest to understand herself and the world around her. This deep yearning for truth and understanding led her on a journey of self-discovery and has created within her the courage and desire to inspire others to create fulfilled, inspired and purposeful lives.

I came to meditation kicking and screaming. I had no use for it, and while I politely listened to those who loved it, I was not attracted to it at all.
Then my husband died suddenly and my world instantly changed. It as unfamiliar with no ground to stand on. Meditation helped the world stop spinning. I learned about actually being in the present moment. I thought I knew what meditation was but until I felt it, it was only an idea.
Meditation has taken me to some wonderful places. It slowed down my world, I could breathe, I became aware of a larger part of me, and I began to look out at the world from a greater perspective.
I would like to share this knowledge with you and introduce you to a wonderful tool, mentor, and constant loving companion: meditation. Come join my class and learn how meditation can take you places that you've only dreamed about.
