Nicole Camara is a licensed massage therapist, healer and educator with a mission to reduce the pain of stress and stress-related illness by guiding the human body through a path of transformation and rejuvenation. A former professor, Camara is a self-described “student of life” drawing on a number of researched and innovative techniques to treat chronic health issues ranging from migraines to digestive, immune & emotional distress. Originally trained in psychotherapy and inspired by ancient African, Indigenous and Asian approaches to healing, Camara is one of the few therapists in Northwest Ohio to offer Myofascial Release, Bamboo Massage, Contrast (Hot and Cold) Therapy, Music Therapy and Astrology into her massage practice. For those who are looking for a life makeover, Nicole has a wealth of knowledge to guide you back to wellness and back to your heart.

Swedish Relaxation/Myofascial Release
60 minutes $75 | 90 minutes $115 | 120 minutes $140
A tranquil session created by slow gliding and kneading strokes combined with deep breathing techniques. Typically performed with light to medium pressure. The technique is performed using Myofascial release, a manual therapy that focuses on releasing muscle shortness and tension. Myofascial release uses long, deep gliding strokes to stretch out tight fascia, freeing muscle to expand, breathe and move with less restriction. Relaxation Massage additionally reduces stress, and may ease the symptoms of mild depression and anxiety.
Deep Tissue

This focused work addresses your problem areas. We may use firm pressure, trigger point therapy, stretching and much more. Therapeutic focus alleviates pain caused by injury, overuse, stress, or poor posture. You will leave feeling energized and free.
Bamboo Massage

Rooted in ancient Chinese, Japanese and African tradition Bamboo massage utilizes heated bamboo canes to deeply penetrate and loosen muscles. Similar to a hot stone massage, Bamboo massage helps to promote the circulation enhancing the flow of oxygen and nutrient rich blood to help with recovery and healing, relax your body and mind, help manage symptoms of anxiety, depression and insomnia while simultaneously making you alert and fresh in your mind.
Contrast Therapy (Cold to Hot Therapy)

As the name suggests, cold to hot therapy, commonly referred to as contrast therapy, the practice involves rotating quickly between hot temperatures and cold temperatures during massage to relieve pain, injury, or overexertion of the muscles and joints.
Astrology Healing

Performed along with Swedish massage, Astrology Healing incorporates a reading of the client’s natal chart into the bodywork session. The combination of physical healing along with the metaphysical, allows the client to experience a total and complete mind, body and spirit journey awakening with the clarity needed to ground themselves both physically and emotionally.
Cancellation Policy
Please make sure you’re booking for the correct date and time. We require 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in your card being charged $50 cancellation fee. These time slots are in high demand and this policy is in place to protect our therapists as well as ensure fair availability to all clients.
