Tai Chi is an ancient exercise that is easy to learn and involves upright movements, so everyone can do it. Tai Chi is fun, easy to learn and the slow meditative movements combine mind and body to help reduce stress and increase a sense of well-being. Tai Chi can also help to decrease joint pain, as well as, improve balance, strength, flexibility, and circulation.
