New Four Session Series: “Mudras”

September 18

October 9

October 16

October 23

(NO classes September 25 and October 2)

Mudras are yogi hand positions maintained in meditations and exercise practices that make subtle connections in our energetic physiology. Mudra means “seal” and they are used to seal the body’s energy flow in a particular pattern.

During this four-session series we will practice various mudras and experience how each is a technique for giving clear messages to the mind-body energy system.

Yoga Bhajan

“Just as all rivers end in the ocean, all yoga ends up raising the kundalini.
What is the kundalini?  It is the creative potential of the human being.”
