Essential Yoga with Sue Briddell


Mondays:  9-10:00 a.m.  

Tuesdays:   5-6:00 p.m.
Wednesdays:   9-10:00 a.m.
Thursdays:  9-10:00 a.m. 
Thursdays:    4:15-5:15 p.m. 
Cost: $12 per class or $60 for 6 week session

Essential Yoga is about the entire body, mind and spirit.  Yoga will be combined with essential oils to enhance your yoga experience. The goal is complete balance through stretching, bending, breathing and meditation.  All welcome.


Yoga to Calm the Mind with Sandy Earl

Tuesdays:  10:15-11:15 a.m. 
Cost:          $12 per class or $60 per 6 week session

~Specifically targeted for beginners and people new to yoga?~

A gentle flowing class involving the use of tennis/dryer balls facilitating self massage that promotes:

  • Reduced stress levels and a better ability to handle daily challenges with grace and a positive mental outlook.
  • Developing better balance and overall strength with regular practice to preserve independence and vitality.
  • Higher quality of life with less aches and pains and more mobility with increased flexibility.


Hatha Yoga with Jenn McCullough


Thursdays:  11:30-12:30 p.m. ($12 per class)
Cost:   $12/$60 for 6-week session

Hatha Yoga incorporates gentle stretches with conscious breathing and relaxation techniques to create a body-mind-spirit experience. The vast benefits of yoga include increased flexibility, strength, balance, focus and improved sense of well-being. People of all ages, backgrounds and abilities can do yoga.

Kundalini Yoga (As Taught By Yogi Bhajan) Mahan Priya Kaur (Linda Polter) Teacher/Practitioner

Wednesday’s, 5:30-6:45 p.m. 
Cost:  $15 per class/ $75 for the 6-week session

Kundalini Yoga is open to all levels of students (new to any style yoga, new to Kundalini Yoga, experienced in any style yoga).  Kundalini Yoga is an ancient practice known only by a select group of people in India until it was brought to the West by Yogi Bhajan in the late 1960’s.

The purpose of this practice is to cultivate spiritual potential and to bring to ourselves excellence, truth, and our greatest capabilities to achieve our higher consciousness and true identity.  The practice is transformative for those who want to be transformed

Yoga for Stability and Mindfulness with Sandy Earl

Thursday from 5:30-6:30. 

Cost:  12 per class or $60 per 6 week session

~Appropriate for all levels~

A flowing class that focuses on stabilizing the core to increase strength and support spinal alignment. A variety of balls will be used for massage to relieve pain associated with muscle tension and stress. 

  • Sharing with students the physical benefits of increased flexibility, balance, and strength which allow them to reduce stiffness and everyday aches and pains through movement, ultimately raising their quality of life.
  • Encouraging students to connect more intimately with tuning into the breath to discover the stillness and peacefulness inside each of us.
  • Time spent focusing on “Living our Yoga” challenges us to put into practice the yoga philosophy with the support of regular students who are willing to share their wisdom and inspiration for daily living. 


Candlelight Yoga with Megan Dietsch


Thursdays from 6:45-7:45 p.m.

Cost:  $12 or $60 per 6 week session

Come reconnect with your mind, body, and spirit in this meditative slow flow vinyasa styled class.  This uplifting, inspirational, and reflective class will incorporate postures to increase flexibility, strength, and balance both physically and mentally.  This class is open to everyone at all levels and will also work on alignment and core engagement. Let the breath guide you and come unwind and rejuvenate yourself!


Senior/Chair Yoga with Jenn McCullough

Fridays from 11:30-12:30 p.m.  
Cost:  $12 per class or $60 per 6 week session

Chair Yoga, considered a gentler form of yoga, uses a chair for additional support. Most of the exercises are done while sitting on, leaning on or holding onto a chair. This makes it a great way to practice yoga for people of all ages and those with limited mobility.

Vinyasa Yoga with Megan Dietsch


Saturdays from 9:30-10:30 a.m.

Cost:  $12 class/$60 per 6-week session

Appropriate for beginners through experienced students. Students will build strength, flexibility and concentration while cleansing the body and calming the mind. Options and modifications are offered so the pose can work for your unique body. More challenging poses and breathing techniques (yoga pranayama) may be offered with instructions to assist you.
