New Year/New Decade/New Kundalini Yoga Series
“Activating & Aligning the Glandular System: One Gateway to Bliss”
Our glandular system, also known as the endocrine system, is the guardian of our health. When our glands are secreting at optimal functioning, we are healthy, strong, and vital.
Kundalini Yoga is a positive way to keep the glandular system tuned up. This yoga practice balances the glandular system, strengthens the nervous system, and enables us to harness the energy of the mind and the emotions so we can be in control of ourselves, rather than being controlled by our thoughts and feelings. Our achievement in life is based on our glandular secretion.
In this new year, commitment to this series will “turn up the wattage” and begin to allow us to live big and shine bright! As we connect to our human birthright, we have the ability to reach our higher consciousness and manifest our goals.

The Mind: A Servant to the Soul
A Four Session Series
“By conquering your mind, you can conquer the world.” Guru Nanak
February 19th The Mind: An Introduction
Every human being who wants to excel and to develop the character and caliber that
upholds the values of the soul, needs a direct, fundamental relationship to the mind.
March 11th The Positive Mind
The purpose of the Positive Mind is projection and expansion. It searches for pleasure,
for fulfillment, for the possibilities to utilize anything that we can experience.
Am I open to all possibilities that life has to offer?
March 18th The Negative Mind
The purpose of the Negative Mind is protection. It gives us patience to be obedient
to our own inner guidance.
Can I determine if there is danger in a situation?
March 25th The Neutral Mind
The Neutral Mind is also the Meditative Mind. It observes the actions of both the
Positive and Negative Minds and then judges both in relationship to your higher self.
Do I allow myself to perceive and act upon inner wisdom?
“Just as all rivers end in the ocean, all yoga ends up raising the kundalini.
What is the kundalini? It is the creative potential of the human being.”
