Join Settle Into Stillness as we celebrate 15 years of guiding Sound Journeys around the world.
Each Sound Journey is thoughtfully crafted to lead you inward and gently return you back. Resting in a comfortable, supported savasana, you’ll be immersed in a soundscape woven from handpan, didgeridoo, gongs, crystal singing bowls, voice, and more, played with skill, intention, sensitivity, and care.
At the heart of the journey lies a spacious sound bath that help you arrive, explore, and integrate. Together, we create a space where you can listen more deeply, reconnect with your inner awareness, and trust your own inner compass.
Every Sound Journey is lovingly made in the moment, shaped by the people gathered, and the collective energy. Our instruments are artisan-crafted from around the world, and our approach is rooted in decades of immersion, practice, and slow, organic growth.
All are welcome. No prior experience with yoga, meditation, or sound is necessary - only a willingness to rest, listen, and receive.

Bio:
Settle Into Stillness is a sanctuary of sound and human connection, where music becomes a meeting place for presence, reflection, and transformation. Settle Into Stillness was founded in 2011, igniting a passion that would ultimately blossom into a transformative journey around the world…
Their sound is inspired by a relentless pursuit of something greater than themselves, a journey built upon connecting with humans around the globe, on 6 continents, through the universal language of music. In their Sound Journeys, Settle Into Stillness weaves together the sounds of handpan, didgeridoo, gongs, flutes, drones, singing bowls, and more to create spacious soundscapes for reflection and connection.
Today, Settle Into Stillness is known for creating one of the most refined, immersive, and transformative Sound Journey experiences in the world. Their work is the result of slow, organic growth: thousands of hours of practice, listening, deep study, performance, travel, and a devotion to honing their craft.
Their work has been streamed by millions, and has touched thousands of people across the world through their events and retreats, offering a space of rest, clarity, and inner connection. What emerges is not “sound healing,” but rather a space where each listener can cultivate their own inner awareness and their own inner guide.
This is the Sound Journey you’ve been searching for.
This is Settle Into Stillness.
