New Kundalini Yoga Series
“The Five Tattvas”
October 23 – November 20, 2024 (5 Sessions)
Wednesdays; 5:30 – 6:45p
In-studio/Zoom
Energy flows through our spine, through our arms and legs and through eight specific energy centers, the chakras. The energies of the first five chakras correspond to the five basic elements of which we are made: earth, water, fire, air, and ether. In the Kundalini Yoga practice, these are known as the Five Tattvas.
The tattvas induce deep relaxation and refocus the energy flowing through the chakras. We are able to resist stress, trauma, and sickness if these are strong, balanced and in alignment. If the tattvas ae not balanced, it is important that we find a way to get them realigned.
In this five-session series, we will learn about these elements and practice kriyas and meditations to keep them in alignment.
October 23 Earth
October 30 Water
November 6 Fire
November 13 Air
November 20 Ether
November 27 No Class; Happy Thanksgiving
Join us, either in person or on Zoom, for this new yoga series of kriyas and meditations focusing on The Five Tattvas.

When the three psyches are out of balance, it can impact you mentally, physically, and spiritually. The three psyches must be in balance in order to create a sense of harmony in every aspect of your life.
