“The Ten Bodies – Part II”
June 25 – July 30, 2025 (No Class June 25)
Wednesdays 5:30 – 6:45p
We usually identify with our physical body and our mind; but the truth is that the human being is made up of ten bodies: the physical body, three mental bodies, and six energy bodies.
When we understand that we are ten bodies, and we are aware of those ten bodies, and we keep them in balance, the whole universe will be in balance with us.
This six-week series will examine the second five bodies. We will work with these through pranayama, kriyas, relaxation with the gong, and meditation.

This series, through kriyas and meditations, will highlight the pituitary and pineal glands, the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems, the brain, and the heart. We will also address change and the connection between the brain and the heart.
This series was inspired by a video entitled “Rewired” with Dr. Joe Dispenza.
