New Kundalini Yoga Series
“The Five Tattvas”
January 7 – February 11, 2026
Wednesdays 5:30 – 6:45p
Energy flows through our spine, through our arms and legs, and through eight specific energy centers, the chakras. The energies of the first five chakras correspond to the five basic elements of which we are made: earth, water, fire, air, and ether. In the Kundalini Yoga practice, these are known as the Five Tattvas.
The tattvas induce deep relaxation and refocus the energy flowing through the chakras. We are able to resist stress, trauma, and sickness if these are strong, balanced and in alignment. If the tattvas are not balanced, it is important that we find a way to get them realigned.
Join us as we celebrate the New Year by practicing kriyas and meditations to address the five elements and keeping them in alignment.
