Essential Yoga with Sue Briddell

Monday:       9-10:00 a.m.  (Harmony/Zoom)

Tuesday:       (New time:  beginning June 22, 4:15-5:15, Harmony/Zoom)
Wednesday:  9-10:00 a.m. (via Zoom)
Thursday:      9-10:00 a.m. (Harmony/Zoom)

Cost:  $15 walk-in/$80 once a week/$110 twice a week/$140 unlimited

Essential Yoga is about the entire body, mind and spirit.  The goal is complete balance through stretching, bending, breathing and meditation.  All welcome.

Gentle Yoga with Lisa Fellhauer

When:  Monday, 5:00-6:00 p.m. 

             Wednesday, 9:30-10:30 a.m. 

Cost:   $15 walk-in and special packages for 6-week session available at Harmony.

This gentle yoga class is about taking an hour to nurture yourself and relax.

Classes will focus on conscious breathing, gentle stretching, releasing tension, and relaxing.


Appropriate for all ages and abilities.

Yoga to Calm the Mind with Sandy Earl

A gentle flowing class involving the use of tennis/dryer balls facilitating self-massage that promotes:

  • Reduced stress levels and a better ability to handle daily challenges with grace and a positive mental outlook.
  • Developing better balance and overall strength with regular practice to preserve independence and vitality.
  • Higher quality of life with less aches and pains and more mobility with increased flexibility.

Restorative Yoga with Kate Ingersoll

In this moon energy centered class, you will be guided into a restorative, reflective and mindful yoga practice.  You will practice hatha vinyasa, weaving the breath into movements and poses that will gently connect your body, mind and spirit.  


 

KATE INGERSOLL-MESZAROS BIO

Kate Ingersoll-Meszaros has been an award-winning educator for over thirty-five years, first as an elementary school teacher, now as a hatha yoga instructor for adults and children of all ages.  Kate specializes in teaching yoga as a tool for self-discovery, mindfulness and stress relief.  She has developed yoga classes that teach not only poses and breathing techniques, but also information about meditation, chakras, and Reiki energy.  As an astrologer, Kate invites you to explore the soulfulness of your journey and the many ways in which you can make choices that will both empower you and create a more conscious life.  You can find Kate online at liveyogaoffthemat.substack.com and on her YouTube channel.

“The Ten Bodies – Part II”

We usually identify with our physical body and our mind; but the truth is that the human being is made up of ten bodies: the physical body, three mental bodies, and six energy bodies.

When we understand that we are ten bodies, and we are aware of those ten bodies, and we keep them in balance, the whole universe will be in balance with us. 


This six-week series will examine the second five bodies. We will work with these through pranayama, kriyas, relaxation with the gong, and meditation.

Yoga for Stability and Mindfulness with Sandy Earl

A flowing class that focuses on stabilizing the core to increase strength and support spinal alignment. A variety of balls will be used for massage to relieve pain associated with muscle tension and stress. 

  • Sharing with students the physical benefits of increased flexibility, balance, and strength which allow them to reduce stiffness and everyday aches and pains through movement, ultimately raising their quality of life.
  • Encouraging students to connect more intimately with tuning into the breath to discover the stillness and peacefulness inside each of us.
  • Time spent focusing on “Living our Yoga” challenges us to put into practice the yoga philosophy with the support of regular students who are willing to share their wisdom and inspiration for daily living.

Evening Wind Down Yoga with Lisa Fellhauer

When:  Thursday 

Time:    6:45-7:45 p.m. at Harmony 

Cost:   $15 walk-in and special packages for 6-week session available at Harmony. 


The best remedy for stress is relaxation.  Taking time to release tension and relax is necessary for healing the effects of stress and living well.  This class will help you slow down, relax, and prepare for a restful evening.

Senior/Chair Yoga with Jenn McCullough

When:  Friday 

Time:   9:30-10:30 a.m.  

Cost:    $15 walk-in or $65 per 5-week session (No class July 4)

Chair Yoga, considered a gentler form of yoga, uses a chair for additional support. Most of the exercises are done while sitting on, leaning on or holding onto a chair. This makes it a great way to practice yoga for people of all ages and those with limited mobility.
