New Kundalini Yoga Series
“Transformation Through Love & Peace”
February 18 – March 25, 2026
Wednesdays 5:30 – 6:45p
This series is inspired by Gerald G. Jampolsky’s book, Love is Letting Go of Fear
(1979). This book was, likewise, inspired by A Course in Miracles which states, “There are only two emotions: love and fear”. Dr. Jampolsky’s thesis is that fear plays a major role in the reason why we are not more loving, compassionate, kind, gentle, and understanding with each other and with ourselves.
Jampolsky’s book is about inner healing and spiritual transformation. He believes there is another way of going through life, and it requires an open mind, a willingness to change our beliefs, and to change our goal. It seems as if we are not able to change the world, to change other people, or to change ourselves until we are willing to change our own minds.
Through kriyas and meditations, we will explore various transformative themes such as fear, forgiveness, happiness, and self-healing.
New Kundalini Yoga Series
“Self-Experience”
April 1 – May 6, 2026
Wednesdays 5:30 – 6:45p
“There is a special fire within you that is the heat of the spirit. Its brilliance chases away all darkness, and its clarity shows you the way to your soul.” (Gurucharan Singh Khalsa)
Yoga means “union”; the union of body, mind, and spirit. Kundalini Yoga offers us the discipline through which our self can experience our true, authentic Self. It is the path that will lead us to find the peace that is at the core of being human. It is the union of the self and our authentic Self that can help us to be fully human.
Join us for this series in “Self-Experience” with pranayama, kriyas, and meditations that will help us discover the reality and sacredness of all life.
