Yoga Essentials Workshop with Megan Dietsch

This workshop is designed for students who are both new to yoga, and for students who would like a refresher on the basics. For those new to yoga, this class will take away the worries about your first yoga class and make your introduction to yoga an enjoyable experience.
This is a great way to learn the basics in an intimate non-competitive environment. We will work through the fundamentals of alignment and breath work as you begin to experience for yourself some of the benefits that arise from practicing yoga such as:
