Hello, my name is Kelly, and I am a passionate and multiskilled massage therapist at Harmony and Life. With a diverse background in nursing, coaching, and teaching yoga. I bring a unique and holistic approach to my massage therapy practice. With over fifteen years of experience in the field, I specialize in providing Swedish massage that promotes relaxation, rejuvenation, and overall well-being.
I began my career in massage and went back to school to become an RN. I have ten years' experience in different areas of nursing. Teaching yoga has allowed me to learn about healing my body and be with my feelings instead of avoiding them. Through coaching I have learned to provide a safe space for clients to bring awareness to their patterns to help shift into thriving from a place of survival. I love having a healing box of tools in my toolkit to best serve clients.
My goals as a massage therapist and holistic coach are to create a safe and nurturing environment where clients can escape the stresses of daily life and find inner peace and tranquility. Through the power of touch, I aim to release tension, reduce muscle soreness, improve circulation, and enhance the body’s natural healing ability. As a coach I believe in meeting clients where they are to bring a sense of awareness and acceptance to habits that are no longer serving them. From there we work together as a team to create action to transform and live a life of alignment.
In addition to my technical skills, I am known for my compassionate and empathetic nature. I take time to listen to my clients’ concerns and goals, and I work collaboratively with them to develop a customized treatment plan.
